I work at the intersection of operations, process optimization, and IT. My focus is on building structured, scalable systems that improve how work gets done. I am particularly interested in reducing complexity - turning fragmented processes into clear, repeatable structures that improve efficiency and decision-making. As a photographer, I see how unstructured workflows limit output and growth. That’s why I am building a Post-Event Workflow System - combining process optimization and IT thinking with real-world creative challenges. The goal is simple: Build systems that remove friction, so both operations and creative work can scale.
